I was so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Gary Smith as my relator. I definitely “lucked out”. I live out of state so I needed someone I could trust to manage my property and who I felt had my best interest at heart. Gary was that person. He was very responsive. He never pushed me in any direction and he provided valuable advice about how to price my home, any needed repairs and how to respond to offers. He held many open houses when the heat was unbearable, and interest rates were rising. He did not give up even though it was a down market. He made sure the yard was maintained, and the house was clean before showings. He walked me through each contract and explained them in detail. I learned quickly that he is very knowledgeable about the AZ market, Sun City Festival and statutory requirements.
